Eau de vies from the Capreolus Distillery, made with Harry Masters Jersey apple, a traditional bittersweet cider apple. Grown in local orchards, hand-picked, graded, and cleaned, the fruits weren’t destined for a life of cider – instead they were fermented to be distilled! The liquid was matured in a single chestnut wood barrel, adding complex tannins to the spirit. Only 306 bottles were produced.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not too smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
