Not something you come across all that often in American whiskey! The cask finish has imparted a rich, fruity depth to the vibrant malt at its core.

Boulder Port Cask American Single Malt Whiskey | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Stewed raisins and grape skins, dried cinnamon, with notes of chocolate covered Brazil nuts in tow.

Palate: Tangy notes of rhubarb crumble, stewed plums, and berries, backed up by dense fruitcake spice, orange zest, and candied ginger coated in dark chocolate.

Finish: Drying oak spice tangles with juicy forest fruits, with sticky ginger cake, and a prickle of cracked pepper.
