Nose: Cinder toffee, with damp embers, spicy toasted oak and vanilla in the background.

Palate: Sweet oaky vanilla and woodfire combine, with hints of earthy moss and waxy lemon, and drizzles of caramel.

Finish: The smoke lingers, with gentle oaky spice.
