Clean aroma of medium-high intensity, with aromas of white flowers such as jasmine, citrus such as lemon peel and fruits such as pear, peach and lychee. It also has spicy aromas of fennel, white pepper and brioche.

Producer Information

The Bodegas Torralbenc project began 2011, on a traditional Menorcan estate in the municpality of Alaior, about 15 minutes from Mahn. The project entailed rehabilitating the farm with the aim of developing an agroturism and winery project, which came to life with its first vintage in 2016. The winery is housed in the old “casas of Torralbenc”, a 19th and 20th century agricultural estate of 77 hectares, 14 of which have been planted with vines.
