It was during 1997 that the three family-owned vineyards that were apart from each other, ten minutes by tractor, got together to form the Ten Minutes by Tractor brand. What started with 3 vineyards has now grown to more than 200 vineyards in the region of Mornington Peninsula. The excellent climate and soil of this area have given it the distinction of creating the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varietals in Australia.The wines created here belong to various categories 10x, sparkling, estate and single vineyard. The 10x category of wines is created from grapes across many vineyards in the Mornington Peninsula and is known for its exquisite regional flavours. Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Rose and Pinot Noir are some of the famous wines that belong to this category.The estate wines and sparkling wines are those that are the specially crafted barrel-selected wines from individual vineyards.
