Mezan Dominican Republic 2012 | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Gentle touches of bitter orange, tangy pineapple, and guava.

Palate: Soft oak, rich molasses, and creamy vanilla with delicate spices keeping their distance. A touch of drying herbs, bitter wood, and old leather are followed by milk chocolate.

Finish: Waxed citrus, drying spices and tropical fruit salad lead to vanilla sugar, buttered popcorn, grilled peppers, and far-off rubbery oak.
