Produced by the Warenghem distillery, this beauty was distilled in November 2002 before it was aged in an Oloroso Sherry cask until it was bottled at a weighty 56.3% ABV in June 2016. It was one of 731 bottles produced.

Nose: Dark fruits, toasted almonds and rich caramel.

Palate: Drying Oloroso notes, seedless raisins and creamy vanilla, with a little orchard fruit and black peppercorn underneath.

Finish: Lengthy and warm.
